"My painting is an attempt to catch what is elusive: light that changes every second, or an emotion that flares up and fades away. I believe that color has its own vibration, capable of healing and giving hope even in the darkest of times. Each of my canvases is a search for harmony between the chaos of expression and the tranquility of nature."

A Ukrainian artist from Lviv known for her bold, expressive landscapes. Her style combines abstract expressionism with bright, "luscious" colors. Educated in Lviv, her works explore the rhythm and movement of nature, focusing on the transience of moments through experiments with light and texture.

Liliya Studnytska is a prominent representative of the Lviv school of painting, whose work serves as a manifesto of color and emotional freedom. An LNAM graduate, she transformed her classical background into a unique language of sensual expressionism. Her works capture dynamic states of nature at their peak emotional intensity. Mastering large formats, she uses bold strokes to create vibrating spaces. At the core of her universe is the search for light found in horizons and floral bursts. Her latest projects, such as "Earth Seeking Light" (2025), carry deep philosophical and volunteer subtexts, symbolizing Ukraine’s resilience. International residencies in Turkey and Switzerland enriched her palette with new textures while preserving her signature Lviv poeticism. Studnytska’s art is a territory of hope, where each canvas connects the viewer to the primary energy of the universe.
