About

"I have invented universal symbols of the 21st-century noospheric world perception — the Raduhem and the Spectral Beam."

Creator of the "New Noospheric-Cosmic Avant-garde". His work is a dialogue with the 20th-century avant-garde, transforming Suprematism into symbols of the new era: Raduhems and Spectremas.
Oleksandr Klymenko (born 1963, Luhansk) is a pivotal figure of the Ukrainian "New Wave" and the ideologist behind the "New Noospheric-Cosmic Avant-garde." His work represents an intellectual dialogue with the classical avant-garde of Malevich and Kandinsky, where the radical void of the "Black Square" is replaced by the vital energy of light—his signature symbols, "Raduhems" and "Spectrems." As the head of the curatorial department at IPSM, Klymenko bridges artistic practice with profound theoretical analysis, exploring the intersection of the noosphere, history, and trans-visual imagery. The artist transforms Suprematism into a new metaphysics where color serves as a vessel for reaching a cosmic dimension. His works, frequently featured at Sotheby’s and Phillips auctions, synthesize terrestrial archaism with future harmony, solidifying his status as one of the most successful and influential representatives of contemporary Ukrainian art on the global stage.
